For this problem first you need to check the touch screen connector and then fit the touch screen properly, 
and sold it carefully if needed else change the touch screen.

How to format a memory card using disk management tool - If you can’t format your Memory card/USB drive/USB pen drive using My computer – right click – format option, then you can do the same by using windows Disk Management tool.
