Hard Reset Android Mobile
1. Switch off the mobile phone.
2. Now press and hold volume up and power key.
3. Now Android System Recovery menu will be appeared as shown in the picture.
4. Now choose "Wipe Data/ Factory Reset Option" by Volume Up/Down Button.
5. Now press power button to active this option.
6. Now select "Yes" to do the hard reset.

How to format a memory card using disk management tool - If you can’t format your Memory card/USB drive/USB pen drive using My computer – right click – format option, then you can do the same by using windows Disk Management tool.
