  1. If battery is swollen then check the mobile for shorting.
  2. If battery is swollen much then don't use it because it may get burst
  3. Swollen Batteries don't give enough backup it discharges too quickly generally swollen battries give one to two hour backup so you need to change the battery at the earliest
  4. If the problem is same even after replacing new battery then you need to first solve the shorting problem in the mobile phone.

How to format a memory card using disk management tool - If you can’t format your Memory card/USB drive/USB pen drive using My computer – right click – format option, then you can do the same by using windows Disk Management tool.
