1. First switch off the mobile phone.
2. Then press and hold Volume Down , Camera Button & Power button simultaneously.
3. When mobile phone vibrates then you can release Power Button.
4. As soons as phone restarts then release rest keys.
5. By this way you can hard reset you Nokia lumia mobile phone.
